Joshua Ouma, Director of Gloryent Leadership, is a successful engineer, entrepreneur and mindset coach who is passionate about leadership development and personal growth.  He is a certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Trainer and Speaker and a certified Life Coach.

Joshua is also a Director and Co-founder of a successful engineering consulting firm which has been in operation for more than 14 years.

He has an ability to connect with people and to empower them with the knowledge and tools they need to break free from their limitations and take the right actions to move from where they are in their life, career, business, or relationships, to where they want to be!

Using experiences from his life and more than 25-year professional career as an Engineer in the construction and building services industry, he ignites within people a desire to begin the process of designing their future and re-constructing their lives by transforming their mindsets, so they can rise to leadership and make an impact in their sphere of influence.

His dynamic personality and unique style enable him to inspire people to make life-changing decisions, create a larger vision for their lives, and effectively achieve their goals and become more productive.

He holds a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering and a MSc degree in Building Services Engineering, and is a member of various national and international professional organizations.
